1. Logging In

Open your web browser to: http://upload.vmind.com



Use the appropriate guest login. This will be emailed from a Van Meter or Werner employee.

Once logged in, you will be directed immediately to location directory. Once in here you
need to find the directory of the user you want to upload to or download from.

2. Controls and Functions

The top tool bar has the following functions:


The display area has the following folder functions:

When selecting 'CONTENT' here is what's shown:


File Functions:


At the bottom, the total quota is shown (ex: 97% of 200MB free or 194.07MB)

3. Uploading Files / Directories

To Upload a File Select the Upload Button at the Top Menu.


When uploading, this message below will appear. If it's a large file you'll have to wait
until it's completed.

4. To Upload a Directory Structure


This system currently will not allow copying of directory structures. The best way to achieve
this is to use a compressed archive (ZIP file). An example is below. The benefits of using compressed archives are: easier uploading, and smaller file size*.


Example: Use Windows XP to create a ZIP on the fly.

*Current Upload Limitations Are 50MB Per File.

5. Downloading Files


To download files at anytime select the icon. It will bring up a dialog box to ask to download.

6. Notes


  1. Current upload is limited to 50MB max per file.

  2. Quota is set to 200MB.

  3. All actions are logged and monitored
